What we provide

We provide a tool that creates a rent agreement document and rent receipts from the details you enter. The documents are templates based on common Indian residential tenancy terms. They are not legal advice, and we are not a law firm. For an unusual situation, or if a lot of money is at stake, please have a lawyer check the document.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter, for printing the agreement on stamp paper of the correct value for your state, for registration where the law requires it, and for signing it correctly. Stamp duty rules change; the guidance we show is general and may not cover your exact case.

Payment

The agreement PDF and Word file cost ₹149 (inclusive of taxes), paid through Razorpay. Rent receipts are free. After payment, the downloads are available in the same browser for 7 days. Please save the files.

The details you type stay in your browser. See our privacy policy.

Limits of liability

We provide the service as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid us for the document concerned.
